White Castle’s interactive agency of record, Northlich, needed a partner who could help them create a website worthy of an iconic brand. And they found us.
As any good redesign requires, Ample and Northlich researched what made the true consumer tick and what made White Castle unique. From there we were able to rethink, rewrite and redesign every part of WhiteCastle.com.
The new website pulls together recently posted fan photos and humorous videos directly from consumers’ personal YouTube and Flickr pages. Also, users can search for a restaurant using numerous search options, including major landmarks, street intersections, neighborhoods or zip codes. Powered by Google Maps, the new store locator even shows an actual street view of the White Castle with complete directions to the restaurant.
